These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nero – Water Tracker app (“Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

For users who download the app through the Apple App Store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) . If there is any conflict between these Terms and Apple’s EULA, Apple’s EULA will apply.

1. Use of the App

This app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It is designed to help you track your water consumption and manage your hydration goals.

2. No Health Advice

Nero – Water Tracker is not a medical tool and does not provide health advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your water intake.

3. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability, and we are not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the app.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the app are owned by the developer. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & IN-APP PURCHASES

Nero – Water Tracker may offer paid features, subscriptions, or one-time in-app purchases (“Purchases”). All Purchases are processed securely through the platform where you downloaded the app or through a trusted third-party payment service provider integrated within the app.

Apple App Store: Purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment policies and Apple Media Services Terms & Conditions.
Google Play Store: Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s Payment Terms.
Third-party provider: Some payment validations, subscriptions, or entitlements may be managed by a secure third-party payment service provider.

By making a Purchase, you agree to the following:

a. Billing & Authorization

When you make a Purchase, you authorize Apple, Google, or our third-party payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full payment information.

b. Refunds

All refund requests must be submitted directly to the platform used for the Purchase:

Apple App Store via Apple Support, or
Google Play Store via their refund request system.

Refunds for Purchases made through the app’s third-party payment processor must be handled according to the respective store’s refund policies. Nero - Water Tracker app cannot issue refunds directly.

c. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If the app offers subscription plans:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID, Google Play account, or in-app subscription settings (if supported by the payment provider).
Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

d. Digital Goods

All Purchases provide access to digital content immediately. By completing a Purchase, you acknowledge that access begins instantly and that any statutory right of withdrawal may not apply depending on your region.

e. No Guarantees

We may modify, add, or remove paid features at any time. Paid features are intended for entertainment only and do not guarantee any advantage or specific outcome.
